How to request deletion

Before public release, the app will provide a secure, authenticated account-deletion request path in its account or profile area.
From the web
A secure public request mechanism will be connected here before public release for people who cannot use the app. It will verify ownership without requesting a password or exposing account existence.

After ownership is verified and the request is processed, deletion is intended to cover the account profile, consent records, check-ins, symptom and sleep entries, private notes, AI conversations and messages, reports, usage records, notification tokens, and other product data associated with the account.
Information that may be retained
Limited records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or compliance obligations. The final production process will explain applicable categories and retention before launch. We do not state an unsupported processing deadline in this draft.

If you cannot access your account, contact support@lifft360.com. Support will not ask for your password or Email Code. The secure deletion-request workflow is not yet operational, so email is currently for assistance and questions—not an automated deletion submission.
