General LIFFT 360 website privacy

LIFFT 360 operates this informational website and product pages. Standard hosting and security records may include an IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, approximate request time, and error information needed to deliver and protect the site.

We may use privacy-conscious page and click measurement after appropriate configuration and consent. We do not send medical answers, symptoms, private messages, names, email addresses, or other sensitive health content to advertising analytics.

Children

LIFFT 360 products are intended for adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

Outbound EllieMD links

The EllieMD bridge page does not collect medical intake answers. When you select an EllieMD option, you leave LIFFT 360 and information you submit is governed by EllieMD’s own practices. Links may include the non-sensitive partner-attribution parameter bp=LIFFT. LIFFT 360 is an Independent Brand Partner and may earn compensation from qualifying referrals.

Menopause Coaching by LIFFT

During account creation and use, the app may process an email address, display name, authentication identifiers and status, timezone, onboarding progress, consent versions, and account preferences. Authentication providers process credentials; LIFFT does not need to store your password in its application database.

If you use daily wellness features, LIFFT processes the symptom and wellness check-ins, sleep information, custom symptoms, and private journal notes you choose to enter. Technical and usage metadata may include app version, device and operating-system details, timestamps, synchronization status, and non-sensitive feature events. Crash and error diagnostics may help us find reliability problems and should not intentionally include private journal text or health details.

We use this information to provide the app, synchronize data, maintain security, troubleshoot, support users, understand non-sensitive feature performance, and honor consent and account choices. Health and wellness information is sensitive. LIFFT does not sell health or wellness data for advertising purposes.

AI Coach processing

If you choose to use AI Coach, your message and relevant profile, journal, and recent-conversation context may be processed through LIFFT’s server-side service providers to generate a response. Providers may change as the service evolves; they process data on LIFFT’s behalf subject to applicable agreements and safeguards.

AI Coach is not a human clinician and is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Responses may be incorrect and must not replace professional medical advice. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for concerning symptoms and emergency services for urgent situations.

Features available in the future

If you choose to use these features when available, the policy will be updated before collection begins:

• Notifications: a push-notification token and preferences needed to deliver reminders.
• Subscriptions: product, entitlement, and purchase-validation information; payment details would be handled by the app-store provider.
• Health Connect or wearables: only the categories you authorize for clearly disclosed app functions.
• Coach+ Live: messages and related support records needed for direct coaching.
• Reports and exports: selected app information used to create or deliver a user-requested report.

These descriptions do not mean that each feature is currently available.

Your choices, access, and deletion

You can choose what optional information to enter, manage relevant notification or device permissions, and stop using optional features. Account users will have a pathway to request deletion. See Account & Data Deletion for current pre-launch status.

Service providers, security, and retention

LIFFT uses service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, AI processing, diagnostics, and app distribution. The final production vendor list and required disclosures must be verified before launch.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No system can guarantee absolute security. Data is retained only as needed for the described services, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Product-specific retention periods must be finalized and documented before release.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as products and practices change. A revised version will identify its effective date and, when appropriate, users will receive additional notice.
