Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts

By using a LIFFT 360 website or product, you agree to the terms applicable to that service. If you do not agree, do not use it. LIFFT services are intended for adults who can form a binding agreement. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Use LIFFT services only for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or misuse LIFFT content or branding.

EllieMD bridge and medical role

LIFFT 360 is an Independent Brand Partner of EllieMD and may receive compensation from qualifying referrals. LIFFT provides an informational bridge and does not diagnose, prescribe, choose or dose medication, perform medical assessments, or make treatment decisions. EllieMD’s licensed professionals make medical decisions on EllieMD infrastructure under EllieMD’s own terms and privacy practices.

A link does not guarantee eligibility, treatment, a prescription, delivery, or a particular result. Compounded medications must not be understood or described as FDA-approved products.

Menopause Coaching by LIFFT

The app provides general wellness check-ins, reflection, pattern awareness, and coaching support. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, curing, or prevention of disease. Do not delay or replace qualified medical care based on app content.

The service is not an emergency service. For an emergency, contact local emergency services. For urgent or concerning health issues, contact an appropriate healthcare professional.

Coach+ Live

If direct coaching launches, it will remain wellness coaching and will not become clinical diagnosis, prescribing, emergency monitoring, or guaranteed real-time care. Final service scope and response expectations will be disclosed before availability.

AI Coach limitations

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for an individual situation. AI Coach is not a human clinician and must not be relied on for medical decisions or emergencies. You are responsible for evaluating information and seeking professional advice when appropriate.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

If paid plans become available, price, billing period, included features, renewal, trial terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Google Play will be billed and managed under the store’s applicable terms. Paid access is not currently offered on this website, and final production subscription terms must be approved before launch.

Your content and private journals

You retain rights in content you enter. You give LIFFT the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, secure, and display that content to provide features you request. Do not upload unlawful content or content that violates another person’s rights. Privacy-sensitive entries should be shared only when you are comfortable using the feature.

LIFFT intellectual property

LIFFT names, designs, software, text, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse without authorization.

Service availability, changes, and termination

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued as the product, law, safety needs, or third-party services evolve. LIFFT may restrict or terminate access for material misuse or where needed to protect users or the service.
